What is Soul Integration™?

This powerful process allows you to access memories and make sense of experiences in a safe and compassionate container. Akin to inner child work, this process helps you to understand when and how your wounding came into being. Finding the unconditional love you already possess allows you to align your emotions with what you desire to bring into your life.

Soul Integration™ works with your subconscious to release old beliefs and fears caused by difficult past experiences. The healing that takes place changes how old trauma exists in your awareness and can be life-changing. This is deep work everybody can do at different times in their lives when the need arises. If you experience overwhelm or anxiety and difficulty regulating your nervous system and you are not aware of why it is happening, this is a process which can help you. This is a stand-alone process different to transpersonal coaching suitable for clients who desire to work with a specific trauma or event.

Soul Integration™ allows you to identify subconscious aspects of yourself that are stuck in the past. This is a multidimensional process that uses imagination and emotions to get in touch with old feelings. It is possible to work with events from a few days ago and as far back as past lives and earliest childhood experiences. As you consciously work with your history you begin to release and integrate the parts of you that have been stuck or frozen. This is a chance to change false beliefs, and undesirable behaviours and release negative energy holding you back. To understand why you react the way you do in certain circumstances and why you have been unable to stop yourself.
